My Background
Art has always been a part of my life in some way. I started drawing and creating art when I was very young and have continued on this path ever since. I'm mostly self-taught artist but often participate in art workshops and art classes and events to improve my skills. This also allows me to meet with other artists and share ideas. I am fortunate to have met so many wonderful artists who have inspired me and encouraged me along my journey. I realize that creating art is a never ending quest in pursuit of perfection.
My Medium
I paint in oil, with vibrant colors. My drawings are of graphite, charcoal and chalk. I'm an avid photographer and enjoy taking photos by traditional means - with manual film camera, in black and white.
